These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Squad Makers Referral Program (“Program”). By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows eligible individuals (“Referrers”) to introduce potential clients, candidates, contractors, partners, or business opportunities to Squad Makers LLC (“Squad Makers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Referral rewards, if offered, are subject to these Terms and any additional program-specific requirements communicated by Squad Makers.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate contact information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not be prohibited from participating by contract, employer policy, or law.

Employees of organizations involved in the referred opportunity must ensure they are authorized to make referrals.

3. Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid only if:

• The referred person or organization is not already known to Squad Makers.
• The referral is submitted through an approved referral channel.
• The referred party has not been contacted by Squad Makers within the previous twelve (12) months.
• The referral information is accurate and complete.
• The referral complies with these Terms.

Squad Makers reserves sole discretion to determine whether a referral is valid.

4. Referral Rewards

Where applicable, referral rewards may be offered for successful introductions that result in a signed commercial agreement, hiring engagement, project award, certification purchase, subscription, or other qualifying transaction.

Reward amounts, eligibility requirements, payment timing, and qualifying events may vary by campaign or opportunity.

No reward is earned until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

5. Payment Conditions

Referral rewards will only become payable after:

• The referred party has entered into a qualifying agreement with Squad Makers.
• Any applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled by the referred party.
• Any applicable waiting, validation, or refund periods have expired.

Squad Makers may require tax, identity, banking, or compliance documentation before issuing payments.

Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes arising from referral rewards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent referrals.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Use spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Violate privacy, confidentiality, or contractual obligations.
• Refer yourself or create duplicate referrals.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Squad Makers.

Violation of these Terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any unpaid rewards.

7. Privacy and Consent

You should only provide referral information when you have a lawful basis to do so and where applicable consent has been obtained.

Personal information submitted through the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Program Changes and Termination

Squad Makers may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including:

• Reward amounts
• Eligibility requirements
• Referral criteria
• Payment conditions

Changes will not affect rewards already approved and earned prior to such changes unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squad Makers shall not be liable for:

• Rejected referrals
• Lost referral opportunities
• Delayed payments
• Program interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All decisions regarding referral validity and reward eligibility are final.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
