SQUAD CHALLENGE

Yes. Candidates you bring join the same Challenge pool as candidates from the Squadmakers community and take the same project-based challenge. Talent Credits are used by evaluations, and you decide which candidates to evaluate. Each candidate evaluated receives individual feedback, not only the finalist. You can keep a challenge private or open it to the Squadmakers community. Candidates you bring yourself never trigger the recruiting fee, even if you end up hiring them.

The recruiting fee is $3,000. It applies only when both of these conditions are met: the candidate was presented by Squadmakers through the Challenge, and you want to hire them directly onto your own payroll. The same rule applies to self-serve and managed Challenges. In every other case the fee does not apply. If the candidate joins through a Squadmakers squad instead of your payroll, Squadmakers' usual monthly commission applies in its place. Candidates you bring yourself never generate the fee. Buying a pack does not charge it by itself.

Squadmakers builds each challenge from a real project need, and you can review it before it goes live. Candidates and evaluators work on the Squadmakers platform. Evaluators are experts selected from our international community, with proven experience in the technical skills that the challenge measures. For each candidate you receive an evaluator report and feedback. For the finalist you also receive their CV, the challenge they completed and its feedback, and Squadmakers takes part in the interview with your team.
