These Application Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in candidate evaluations, technical assessments, certifications, talent pools, hiring processes, and related services offered by Squad Makers LLC (“Squad Makers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By submitting an application, participating in an assessment, or using our candidate services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

Squad Makers provides candidate assessment, certification, talent validation, and hiring support services, including technical evaluations, behavioral assessments, project simulations, and related activities.

Participation does not guarantee employment, project placement, certification, interviews, or engagement with any client.

2. Candidate Information

You agree that all information provided during registration, application, assessment, or interview processes is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification and removal from our systems.

3. Assessments and Certifications

Candidates may be invited to participate in technical challenges, interviews, practical exercises, or certification processes.

Assessment results, scores, rankings, certifications, and recommendations are intended solely as professional evaluation tools and do not constitute guarantees of future performance, employment, or project success.

Squad Makers reserves the right to modify assessment methodologies, scoring models, certification criteria, or evaluation procedures at any time.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Candidates may use AI tools only when explicitly permitted during an assessment.

The candidate remains fully responsible for all submitted work, including content generated or assisted by AI tools.

Any attempt to misrepresent AI-generated work as personal expertise, bypass assessment objectives, submit copied solutions, or engage in dishonest conduct may result in disqualification, certification revocation, or removal from future processes.

5. Anti-Fraud and Integrity Rules

Candidates must complete assessments honestly and independently unless collaboration is expressly authorized.

The following may result in disqualification:

  • Plagiarism or copied work
  • Unauthorized collaboration
  • Identity impersonation
  • Use of prohibited tools
  • Submission of third-party solutions
  • Manipulation of assessment results

Squad Makers may use technical, manual, and automated methods to verify assessment integrity.

6. Candidate Profiles and Talent Pool

By participating, you authorize Squad Makers to retain your profile and assessment results for future opportunities, unless you request deletion where permitted by law.

We may contact you regarding future projects, certifications, employment opportunities, contractor engagements, or client introductions.

7. Client Introductions

Where applicable, Squad Makers may present candidate profiles, certifications, or assessment summaries to prospective clients, hiring organizations, or business partners.

Clients remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions.

Squad Makers does not guarantee interviews, offers, contracts, compensation levels, or project assignments.

Some opportunities may be offered through Agent of Record (AOR), Employer of Record (EOR), contractor, freelance, direct employment, or other engagement models.

Additional agreements, employment contracts, client-specific requirements, tax documentation, and local legal obligations may apply before any engagement begins.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, candidates retain ownership of original work created during assessments.

However, candidates grant Squad Makers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, evaluate, and use submitted materials for assessment, certification, audit, quality assurance, and hiring purposes.
