The company, a scale-up in EdTech headquartered in Finland, needed to solve this challenge: “corporate LMS for sales force training”. The obstacle wasn't so much business domain knowledge —always valuable— as finding profiles with demonstrable experience in the project's specific technology stack; in fact, they had already tried hiring for it without success, with the added expense and lost opportunity that entailed. They also carried methodological management problems: immature agile rituals, difficulty planning sprints realistically, and little discipline in tracking work. The competitive window was short: a competitor with a similar product was already gaining market share.

Squad Challenge designed 5 challenges, one per position, based on the business case itself, with an average of 5 candidates analyzed per position (25 evaluated in total), delivering the final shortlist in 3 days.
Squad Hiring managed, within 24h, the AOR-based hiring of the candidates validated through Squad Challenge, handling contract generation adapted to each developer's country of origin, data validation, and the onboarding process.
In total, the squad was made up of 5 profiles (backend developer, frontend developer, data engineer, ML engineer, QA engineer), working on a stack of Python (Django), React + Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, GitHub, GCP. The company already had its own technical team, into which the professionals proposed by Squadmakers integrated directly —they become part of the client's team, not Squadmakers'—, respecting existing processes and priorities. The engagement ran for 20 months in total.
