The company, a scale-up inEdTech headquartered in Finland, needed to solve this challenge: “corporate LMSfor sales force training”. The obstacle wasn't so much business domainknowledge —always valuable— as finding profiles with demonstrable experience inthe project's specific technology stack; in fact, they had already tried hiringfor it without success, with the added expense and lost opportunity thatentailed. They also carried methodological management problems: immature agilerituals, difficulty planning sprints realistically, and little discipline intracking work. The competitive window was short: a competitor with a similarproduct was already gaining market share.

Squad Challenge designed 5 challenges, one per position, based on the business case itself, with an average of 5candidates analyzed per position (25 evaluated in total), delivering the finalshortlist in 3 days.
Squad Hiring managed, within 24h, theAOR-based hiring of the candidates validated through Squad Challenge, handlingcontract generation adapted to each developer's country of origin, datavalidation, and the onboarding process.
In total, the squad was made up of 5 profiles (backenddeveloper, frontend developer, data engineer, ML engineer, QA engineer),working on a stack of Python (Django), React + Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL,GitHub, GCP. The company already had its own technical team, into which theprofessionals proposed by Squadmakers integrated directly —they become part ofthe client's team, not Squadmakers'—, respecting existing processes andpriorities. The engagement ran for 20 months in total.
